The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Central Railway (NCR), Prayagraj has released the official notification for RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026. A total of 1,853 Act Apprentice vacancies have been announced under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the training session 2026-27.

Vacancy Details
A total of 1853 Apprentice Training Slots have been announced in various divisions and workshops of North Central Railway.
The apprenticeship training will be conducted in:
- NCR Headquarters
- Prayagraj Division
- Agra Division
- Jhansi Division
- Jhansi Workshop
Trade-wise vacancies are available for various ITI trades such as:
- Fitter
- Electrician
- Welder
- Machinist
- Turner
- Wireman
- Carpenter
- Painter
- Mechanic
- Electronics Mechanic
- COPA
- And other designated trades.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following educational qualifications:
- Passed Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Must possess an ITI Certificate/National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Candidates who do not possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade are not eligible.
