The total 4,471 Apprentice slots are divided into the following categories:

Educational Qualification

For Freshers

Candidates applying under the Fresher category generally need to have passed Class 10th with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.

For certain Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) trades, candidates with 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and the prescribed marks are eligible.

For Ex-ITI Candidates

Candidates must have:

• Passed 10th Class with minimum 50% marks, and
• Possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

The ITI trade must correspond to the trade for which the candidate is applying.

Age Limit

As per the recruitment details:

• Minimum Age: 15 Years
• Maximum Age for Freshers: 22 Years
• Maximum Age for Ex-ITI/MLT: 24 Years

Age will be calculated with reference to the prescribed date mentioned in the notification. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be available to reserved categories as per Government rules.

Selection Process
