HAL Junior Executive Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be engaged as Junior Executives on a Short-Term Basis.
The post carries an E0 pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 under the applicable DPE pay structure, with the basic pay starting at ₹30,000 per month.
Other applicable benefits may include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity and other benefits according to HAL rules.
Job Tenure
The Junior Executive positions are offered on a short-term basis, with engagement for a period of up to 3 years, subject to the terms and conditions of HAL.
