Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill both of the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Must be a non-recommended candidate of UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE)-2024.
- Candidate’s name should be available on the UPSC Pratibha Setu Portal.
Note: Candidates who did not appear in UPSC CSE-2024 are not eligible for this recruitment.

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
Stage 1 – Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their UPSC CSE-2024 Mains + Personality Test Marks.
Stage 2 – Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Shortlisted candidates must appear for a qualifying Computer Proficiency Test covering:

Stage 3 – Document Verification
